COVID-19 Safety Requirements

All guests must provide their vaccination certificate at the beginning of the tours. Once we’ve sighted it you won’t need to show it at food venues along the tour.

No. We’ll check in for the group. We’ll have your details & will get in contact with you if required.

We want to keep all of our guests safe! If you have tested positive on the day of the tour or are a close contact and required to isolate, please give us a call on 0491 361 528 and we will reschedule you to another date. We will of course need proof of your test results or communication with DHS for our refund policy not to apply. If you can’t reschedule or are unable to provide documentation our refund policy will apply. See below.

As government requirements are changing frequently, we will email you a few days before the start of the tour to let you know what you need to bring or do. Your tour guide will also mention this at the beginning of the tour.

Food Tours

The majority of guests say they are full or completely satisfied at the end of the tour and we have not yet had anybody say they were still hungry. You could always take this on as a challenge if you’re up for it…

We prefer to surprise you on the day and not reveal too much. We can tell you, however, that you will be tasting a variety of cultural foods. It’s best to come with an open mind and open stomach.

Most venues can cater for dietaries although not all cater for vegans. You can make dietary requests at the time of booking and we will contact you if we are unable to cater for your specific requirement.

It depends on the tour. Each tour description on our website lists inclusions. If you don’t drink alcohol & require an alternative, you will have the opportunity to mention this when making your booking.

Once you make your booking, your ticket information will include information on how to arrive at our meeting point. If you require any further information, don’t hesitate to contact us. You can also call us while on your way to the tour & we will direct you.

It’s always very difficult for us to resell your tickets with limited time. For this reason we don’t offer refunds (just like when you book a concert ticket). As soon as you are aware you can’t make your tour, please contact us at or +61 491 361 528 so we can work out a solution with you.

From 4th April 2022 our ticketing partner EzTix is offering ticket insurance. When you buy a ticket with us you will see the option to purchase ticket insurance, please choose this option if you are worried about not making your tour date. This is the only way we will be able to offer you a refund.

Yes you can! Please let us know if you will be doing so so we know who to expect on the day and whether any of the dietary info needs to be changed.

As we need to confirm numbers and dietary requirements with all food venues, we need bookings to be made in advance. Online bookings close 24 hours prior to the tour.

Are the tours suitable for children & toddlers?

If your children are open to trying different cultural foods and doing a bit of walking then they are most welcome to come along. Some tours serve alcohol, which can only be consumed by people over the age of 18. Children need to be supervised at all times and we ask parents to be mindful of others on the tour.

We have had many parents bring toddlers along. If they don’t require food ordered for them then you don’t need to purchase them a ticket. Just let us know in advance if you will be bringing your toddler so we are aware.

It is very easy walking, each venue is very close to the next one. We always have a range of ages on our tours, with the pace and distance suitable for everyone. Our tour is wheelchair accessible too! Please let us know in advance if anyone in your group is in a wheelchair or similar.

Each tour location is different, so there is no answer here that fits all tours. Your tour guide will advise you at the beginning of the tour approximately how long it will be before we reach a bathroom.

We don’t offer self-guided tours yet but we are always working on new tours so check in again soon!

You can cancel your order up to 48 hours after you have placed your order, but after that we are unable to offer you a refund.

Unfortunately, because of COVID-19 we are not able to refund any food products once they have been delivered.
