Covid-19 Update:
Due to the current restrictions around social gathering, all tours have been postponed until further notice. We will get in touch with you once bans have been lifted, to help you re-book your tour for a later date.

Will I be full by the end of the tour?
The majority of guests say they are full or completely satisfied at the end of the tour and we have not yet had anybody say they were still hungry. You could always take this on as a challenge if you’re up for it…

Can you tell us where we go and what we’ll be eating? 
We prefer to surprise you on the day and not tell you exactly where we’re going or what we’re eating. We can tell you, however, that each stop represents a different part of the world and you will be tasting a variety of cultural foods. Best to come with an open mind and open stomach.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Most venues can cater for dietaries although not all cater for vegans. You can make dietary requests at the time of booking and we will contact you if we are unable to cater for your specific requirement.

Do you serve alcohol on the tour?
Two of our tour stops do offer alcohol but we practice responsible serving of alcohol without the intention of getting intoxicated. Most venues also offer water to keep you hydrated. You can request an alternative drink at the time of making a booking if you prefer not to drink alcohol.

How do we find you at the meeting area?
You shouldn’t have any trouble spotting us as we will probably be the only group outside Coburg Library holding black shopping bags. In any event, you can always call us on +61 491 361 528 and we will help you.

Alternatively, we can arrange a meeting location in the CBD and accompany you to Coburg. If you prefer to meet us in the CBD please email us at eat@flavourhoodtours.com.au to arrange.

What happens if we are running late?
Please call us on +61 491 361 528 and we will tell you where to meet us. We must depart for the tour at 10am sharp as we have hot food waiting for us at our first venue.

How do I make a booking?
You can book any of our tours online by following the links on our website or Facebook page.

Can I request a refund or change date?
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded and cannot be reschedule as your space is being guaranteed on the tour. You can, however, transfer your ticket to a friend but you will need to advise us beforehand, so we know who to expect on the day.

Can we turn up on the day without a booking or book last minute? 
As we need to confirm numbers and dietary requirements with all food venues, we need bookings to be made in advance. Online bookings close 24 hours prior to the tour.

Are the tours suitable for children?
If your children are open to trying different cultural foods and doing a bit of walking then they are most welcome to come along. Some tours serve alcohol, which can only be consumed by people over the age of 18. Water is offered at most venues, apart from the Preston Market tour. Children need to be supervised at all times and we ask parents to be please be mindful of others on the tour.
